Shipping Information:
Most orders are ready to ship in 3-4 business days (weekends and holidays are not counted as business days). Shipping can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on what type of shipping (standard, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) you choose and how far the package has to travel.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You may cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once an order is complete and shipped, it is ‘closed’ and may not be cancelled.
Each of our items is hand-made and we stand behind the quality of our work. We do understand there may be a situation when you would want to return your order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will only be made if the product is unopened and in original packaging. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Re-stocking fees may apply.

What methods of payment do you accept?
MC, Visa, American Express, Discover. We also accept PayPal. We process all orders through a secure shopping cart. Your credit card is charged upon receipt of the order. If for some reason you choose to cancel, we will issue a credit to your card. If you change, add on, or rush fees are necessary, there will be another transaction on your credit card to reflect the difference in the change to order. You can also send a check or money order. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship as soon as your check clears.
I am purchasing this as a gift. Does the price show on the packing slip?
No. Since many of our items are sent directly to the recipient as gifts, we never include an invoice with the package. Your order confirmation serves as your record of payment.
What do you do with the information you collect from me?
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc., which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
